Responsible Social Gameplay Policy
1. Purpose and Scope
PGS Amusements, LLC ("PGS," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing an enjoyable, responsible, and transparent social gameplay environment. This Responsible Social Gameplay Policy ("RSG Policy") describes the information, controls, account restrictions, support resources, and operating standards designed to help registered users make informed choices and manage participation on the Pandora Pay platform and related services.
This RSG Policy applies to PGS-operated platforms, websites, mobile applications, AI-generated digital art services, user account and vault features, promotional Sweeps Coin Games or similar promotional social gameplay features, redemptions, customer support interactions, and related products or services made available by PGS (collectively, the "Services").
2. Product and Policy Context
PGS offers AI-generated digital art and related platform features. Certain promotions may include Sweeps Coins or other promotional credits that can be used for social gameplay and, where eligible and verified, may be redeemable for prizes or rewards in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Official Rules.
- No purchase is necessary to participate in Sweeps Coin promotional gameplay or to obtain promotional entries where an alternative method of entry is provided in the Official Rules.
- Sweeps Coins and similar promotional credits are not sold, cannot be purchased directly, and have no redemption value unless and until eligible promotional winnings or rewards are verified and approved for redemption under the Terms and Conditions.
- Purchases of digital art packages are separate from any free promotional method of entry and do not guarantee gameplay results, prizes, rewards, or redemption approval.
- This policy is implemented as a player-care, consumer protection, and social responsibility framework and is not intended to characterize the Services as gambling or to replace any Terms and Conditions, Official Rules, or legal requirements.
4. Responsible Social Gameplay Framework
- Provide clear information, account tools, and support resources for informed decision-making.
- Help users manage purchase activity, social gameplay participation, session time, and account access.
- Support age, identity, eligibility, and location controls designed to prevent underage or ineligible participation.
- Restrict marketing to users who have self-excluded, taken a break, closed their account for responsible gameplay reasons, or otherwise requested applicable controls.
5. Responsible Social Gameplay Tools
PGS may provide self-service and support-assisted tools that allow users to manage account activity. Tool names, menu locations, availability, and technical implementation may vary by platform version, jurisdiction, product feature, or account status. If a tool is not visible in the account menu, users may contact customer support for assistance.
Unless otherwise stated, decreases to limits or restrictions that make participation more restrictive will take effect as soon as reasonably practicable. Increases, removals, or less-restrictive changes may be subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period or another waiting period described in the Terms and Conditions or presented at the time of the request.
5.1 Activity Reminders
Activity reminders help users track the duration of social gameplay sessions. Where technically enabled, PGS may display reminders at regular intervals and may allow users to select shorter reminder intervals. If automated reminders are not yet available, PGS may use other reasonable education, account-management, or support-assisted tools while automation is developed.
- A reminder may temporarily interrupt or pause gameplay to display the current session duration.
- The reminder may allow the user to continue, take a break, or end the session.
- Activity reminders are intended to support awareness and do not guarantee prevention of excessive use.
5.2 Account History
Users may review account activity through the account history section of the platform, where available. Account history may include recent purchases of digital art packages, promotional credits or gameplay activity, redemption requests, approved redemptions, and other transaction information.
- The platform may display recent purchase and redemption history, subject to system availability and account status.
- Users may request additional account information through customer support or the Privacy Policy request process, subject to verification, retention rules, and legal exceptions.
5.3 Purchase Limits
Users may be able to set limits on purchases of digital art packages or other platform purchase activity within selected timeframes, such as one day, seven days, or 30 days. Where self-service limits are not available, users may contact support, and PGS may administer reasonable support-assisted restrictions.
- Once a purchase limit is reached, additional covered purchases will be restricted until the applicable limit resets, subject to technical capabilities and account status.
- Purchase limits apply to purchases as defined or displayed by the platform and may not include free promotional entries, AMOE entries, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or other adjustments unless expressly stated.
- Reducing a purchase limit takes effect as soon as reasonably practicable. Increasing or removing a purchase limit requires a cooling-off period before the change becomes effective.
5.4 Promotional Gameplay / Play Amount Limits
Users may be able to limit their use of promotional credits, Sweeps Coins, or similar platform credits for social gameplay during selected timeframes, such as daily, weekly, or monthly periods. This tool is designed to help users manage gameplay participation, regardless of how promotional credits were received.
- Once a play amount limit is reached, covered gameplay activity will be restricted until the applicable limit resets, subject to technical capabilities and account status.
- Reducing the play amount limit takes effect as soon as reasonably practicable. Increasing or removing the limit requires a cooling-off period before the change becomes effective.
- Play amount limits do not change game rules, odds, prize tables, eligibility requirements, verification requirements, or redemption requirements.
5.5 Daily Time Limits
Users may be able to set a daily time limit for platform sessions or covered gameplay activity. PGS may apply the limit based on login duration, active session time, gameplay time, or another platform-defined measure, depending on the feature and technical implementation.
- Once a daily time limit is reached, the user may be logged out or restricted from covered gameplay until the next applicable period.
- Reducing a time limit takes effect as soon as reasonably practicable. Increasing or removing the limit requires a cooling-off period before the change becomes effective.
- A maximum available time limit does not mean that extended play is recommended. Users are encouraged to take regular breaks and avoid gameplay when tired, emotional, intoxicated, or under stress.
5.6 Taking a Break
Users may choose to take a temporary break from covered gameplay or promotional participation for a specified period, such as one day, three days, seven days, 14 days, or 30 days. During the break period, account access or gameplay functionality may be restricted as described at the time of selection or confirmation.
- A confirmed break cannot be cancelled early unless the Terms or applicable law require otherwise.
- PGS may suppress promotional gameplay marketing during the break period, subject to reasonable processing time and limitations for third-party or already-scheduled communications.
- PGS may continue to send transactional, security, legal, tax, compliance, or account-administration communications.
5.7 Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a stronger account restriction that allows users to exclude themselves from covered gameplay and promotional participation for a selected period, such as six months, one year, three years, five years, or indefinitely, where available. PGS may require confirmation before self-exclusion becomes effective.
- Once confirmed, self-exclusion cannot be cancelled early.
- Self-excluded users will be restricted from covered gameplay and promotional participation and will be suppressed from PGS-controlled marketing communications as soon as reasonably practicable.
- PGS may restrict purchases, promotional offers, gameplay, redemption activity, or account access as necessary to administer the self-exclusion and comply with the Terms, Official Rules, legal obligations, fraud controls, KYC requirements, and tax requirements.
- A self-excluded user may contact customer support regarding any eligible, verified redemption balance, subject to the Terms and Conditions, Official Rules, verification requirements, fraud review, tax reporting, chargeback/dispute review, and applicable law.
- PGS may permit limited account access or support-assisted processing solely for account administration, tax, compliance, fraud review, legal, or redemption-related purposes.
5.8 Permanent Account Closure
Users may request permanent account closure through customer support or another designated process. PGS may require identity verification, a confirmation of understanding, and completion of pending account-administration steps before closure is finalized.
- A standard account closure may be processed differently from a responsible social gameplay closure or self-exclusion request.
- If a user requests closure due to loss of control, distress, excessive gameplay, financial hardship, underage concerns, or other responsible gameplay concerns, PGS may treat the request as a responsible social gameplay closure and apply stronger restrictions, marketing suppression, and duplicate-account prevention controls.
- Closed accounts may not be reactivated unless permitted under the Terms, applicable law, and PGS review procedures.
6. Self-Exclusion, Circumvention, and Reactivation Controls
PGS may use reasonable controls to help enforce self-exclusion, break periods, responsible gameplay closures, and related restrictions.
- PGS may block or review attempts to create duplicate or replacement accounts during a restriction period.
- Users may not attempt to avoid limits, self-exclusion, breaks, age/location restrictions, or other account controls through false information, VPN/proxy/Tor tools, shared devices, duplicate accounts, third-party accounts, or other circumvention methods.
- Reactivation after a fixed-term self-exclusion will not occur before the exclusion period expires and may require a reactivation request, identity verification, eligibility review, and cooling-off period.
- Reactivation after indefinite self-exclusion, if available, requires a minimum exclusion period, a written request, verification, review by PGS, and an additional cooling-off period before access may be restored.
7. Eligibility, Age, and Location Controls
PGS is committed to preventing underage and ineligible participation. The Services are not intended for users under 18 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by the Terms, Official Rules, or applicable law in a user's jurisdiction.
- PGS may use identity verification, age verification, address verification, device intelligence, geolocation, IP analysis, sanctions screening, fraud monitoring, or other risk-based controls to assess user eligibility.
- PGS may restrict, suspend, close, or investigate accounts where the Company suspects underage use, identity mismatch, prohibited location, VPN/proxy/Tor use, false information, duplicate accounts, fraud, sanctions concerns, chargeback abuse, or other prohibited activity.
- Parents or guardians who believe a minor has accessed the Services should contact customer support promptly. PGS may suspend the account, investigate, request documentation, restrict access, and delete or retain information as required or permitted by law.
- Parents and guardians are encouraged to use appropriate parental-control tools, device settings, browser controls, and monitoring software to restrict access by minors.
8. Vulnerable Users and Concerning Statements
PGS encourages users to participate only for entertainment and only within personal time and spending limits. Users should avoid platform use if it creates stress, financial strain, emotional distress, conflict, loss of control, or interference with work, health, relationships, or essential obligations.
If a user tells PGS that gameplay or platform use is causing financial hardship, emotional distress, loss of control, compulsive behavior, pressure to continue, or similar concerns, PGS personnel may provide information about responsible social gameplay tools, external support resources, and account restriction options. PGS may also escalate the account for internal review and may apply reasonable restrictions where appropriate and permitted under the Terms and applicable law.
PGS does not diagnose, treat, or counsel users. PGS personnel should not provide medical, mental health, financial, legal, or gambling-addiction advice and should instead direct users to qualified independent resources.
9. Responsible Marketing and Promotions
- PGS will not knowingly market promotional gameplay to self-excluded users, users in an active break period, users whose accounts were closed for responsible social gameplay reasons, minors, or users known to be ineligible.
- PGS will not intentionally target marketing to users based on known indicators of vulnerability, distress, or loss of control.
- Marketing must not state or imply that gameplay is a source of income, a solution to financial problems, a strategy to recover prior losses, guaranteed, risk-free, or certain to result in prizes or rewards.
- Marketing communications should not pressure users to override limits, cancel restrictions, or continue gameplay after expressing concern.
- PGS may continue to send transactional, security, legal, tax, compliance, or account-administration notices even when marketing is suppressed.
10. Education on Social Gameplay
10.1 Game Outcomes
Social gameplay and promotional game outcomes are determined by the applicable game rules, mechanics, and platform controls. Outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by prior play, time spent on the platform, personal strategies, or superstitions. Any published odds, prize tables, rules, or redemption information are governed by the applicable Terms and Official Rules.
10.2 Common Misconceptions
- "I am due for a win." Past outcomes do not change future outcomes.
- "If I play longer, I will increase my opportunity of getting back what I lost." Longer play does not guarantee prizes, rewards, or redemptions and may increase time spent or promotional credits used.
- "A lucky charm, device, time of day, or pattern can influence results." Superstitions and patterns do not control outcomes.
- "Gameplay can solve financial problems." The Services should be used for entertainment only and should never be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial stress.
10.3 Tips for Safer Participation
- Set purchase, time, and gameplay limits before participating and follow them.
- Use only discretionary funds for digital art purchases and do not use money needed for rent, food, medical care, bills, debt, or other essential needs.
- Take regular breaks and consider using activity reminders or time limits.
- Do not participate while intoxicated, upset, tired, under pressure, or trying to recover prior losses.
- Do not borrow money, use credit needed for essential expenses, or rely on gameplay as income.
- Ask for support or use account restriction tools if platform use no longer feels fun or controlled.
11. External Support Resources
Users who believe they or someone they know may be experiencing problematic gameplay, financial distress, debt concerns, or related harms are encouraged to seek help from independent support organizations. The following organizations are not affiliated with PGS and are provided for informational purposes only. These references are not intended to characterize the Services as gambling.
- Gaming Addicts Anonymous or similar peer support groups for individuals concerned about excessive online gaming or gameplay behaviors.
- National or state problem-gambling support resources, where appropriate for the user's concern and location.
- Financial Counseling Association of America and other nonprofit financial counseling organizations.
- National Foundation for Credit Counseling or other qualified debt and financial wellness resources.
- Licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial professionals, as applicable to the user's situation. PGS does not endorse, control, or guarantee any third-party support organization. Users should evaluate whether a resource is appropriate for their personal circumstances and location.
14. Relationship to Privacy, Data Protection, and Compliance Policies
PGS will process personal information collected in connection with RSG tools, self-exclusion, account restrictions, eligibility checks, redemptions, fraud review, and support interactions in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.
- RSG records may be retained to administer restrictions, prevent circumvention, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, support tax reporting, and maintain audit records.
- PGS may share information with service providers, identity verification vendors, payment processors, fraud tools, legal advisors, or authorities where permitted or required by the Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, applicable law, or valid legal process.
- Deletion or account closure requests may be limited where PGS must retain records for legal, tax, fraud, KYC, sanctions, dispute, account safety, or self-exclusion enforcement purposes.
15. Policy Changes
PGS may update this RSG Policy from time to time. Updates may be published on the platform, through the Services, or by other reasonable means. Material changes that reduce user rights or materially affect available RSG tools may require acknowledgment or re-confirmation before continued participation in covered gameplay, where appropriate or required.
If a user disagrees with an updated RSG Policy, the user should discontinue use of the Services and may contact customer support regarding available account restriction, closure, or data request options.
