OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. Purpose and Scope

These Official Sweepstakes Rules (the “Sweeps Rules”) govern the promotional sweepstakes program sponsored and administered by PGS Amusements, LLC (“PGS,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The program permits eligible participants to receive promotional Sweeps Coins through approved promotional methods, including a completely free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”), and to use Sweeps Coins in eligible Sweeps Coin Games for the opportunity to win additional Sweeps Coins that may be eligible for prize redemption after verification.

PGS offers bona fide AI-generated digital art for purchase. The sweepstakes is promotional and incidental to PGS’s Digital Art business. Participants do not purchase Sweeps Coins and do not pay to enter Sweeps Coin Games. Any payment made to PGS for Digital Art is consideration for the Digital Art product only and is not payment for Sweeps Coins or entry into Promotional Play.

These Sweeps Rules must be read together with the PGS Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Social Gameplay Policy, applicable geographic eligibility disclosures, and the rules and pay/win tables displayed for each individual game. These Sweeps Rules govern the overall promotional sweepstakes program. Game-specific rules govern the mechanics and operation of the individual game.

2. Definitions

Account. A registered individual user account established with PGS.

Digital Art. AI-generated digital artwork or related digital content offered by PGS as a bona fide consumer product.

Eligible Participant. A natural person who satisfies all age, location, identity, Account, and other eligibility requirements in these Sweeps Rules and applicable PGS terms.

Participating Game Platform. An approved game environment through which PGS makes eligible Sweeps Coin Games available.

Promotional Play. Participation in an eligible Sweeps Coin Game using Sweeps Coins.

Sweeps Coins. Promotional sweepstakes entries or credits issued by PGS through approved promotional methods. Sweeps Coins are not sold, cannot be purchased directly, cannot be gifted or transferred between users, and may be used only as provided in these Sweeps Rules.

Unplayed Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins initially awarded through an approved promotional method and not yet used in Promotional Play. Unplayed Sweeps Coins are not redeemable for prizes.

Redeemable Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins won through Promotional Play. Redeemable Sweeps Coins may be eligible for prize redemption after all applicable verification and compliance requirements are satisfied.

AMOE. The completely free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described in Section 6.4.

Restricted Jurisdiction. Any state, territory, country, or other location where Sweeps Coin Games are prohibited, restricted, unavailable, or not approved by PGS.

Game Rules. The rules, directions, objective criteria, pay table, win table, scoring rules, or similar game-specific information displayed to the participant before play.

3. Sponsor and Administrator

The Sponsor and administrator of the sweepstakes program is PGS Amusements, LLC, 3545 Dreher Shoals Rd., Suite 6, Irmo, South Carolina 29063, United States.

4. Eligibility

• An Eligible Participant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in the participant’s jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• An Eligible Participant must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which PGS permits Sweeps Coin Games at the time of participation.
• Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law or PGS policy.
• An Eligible Participant must create and maintain only one truthful and accurate Account unless PGS expressly authorizes otherwise.
• An Eligible Participant may be required to complete identity, age, location, sanctions, fraud, tax, or other verification before PGS permits certain activity or processes any prize redemption.
• Participants may not use false information, VPNs, proxies, Tor, emulators, location-spoofing tools, device manipulation, nominee accounts, duplicate accounts, automation, or other means to evade PGS eligibility or location controls.

5. Account Registration and Verification

There is no fee to create an Account. Registration may require a participant to provide a name and email address, create a password, agree to applicable PGS terms and privacy disclosures, and certify age and location eligibility.

PGS may require additional verification at any time based on risk, legal requirements, or account activity. At a minimum, prize redemption requires completion of PGS’s applicable verification process. Verification may include legal name, date of birth, residential address, government-issued identification, proof of address, physical location, selfie/liveness verification, device/location information, sanctions screening, tax information, and other information reasonably required by PGS or its approved verification providers.

6. How Participants May Receive Sweeps Coins

Sweeps Coins may never be purchased. PGS currently makes Sweeps Coins available only through the following promotional methods:

7. Sweeps Coin Use, Balances, and Restrictions

• Sweeps Coins may be used only in eligible Sweeps Coin Games and may not be used to purchase Digital Art.
• Sweeps Coins are not cash, deposits, bank balances, stored value, or payment instruments.
• Sweeps Coins may not be sold, assigned, gifted, traded, transferred, or exchanged between users or outside PGS’s authorized systems.
• All Sweeps Coins are initially credited as Unplayed Sweeps Coins, regardless of the promotional method through which they were obtained.
• When Unplayed Sweeps Coins are used in Promotional Play, Sweeps Coins won as prizes are credited as Redeemable Sweeps Coins.
• When Redeemable Sweeps Coins are used in Promotional Play, Sweeps Coins won from that play remain Redeemable Sweeps Coins.
• Sweeps Coins used to enter Promotional Play are deducted from the applicable Sweeps Coin balance in accordance with the game interface and rules.

8. Sweeps Coin Games and Game-Specific Rules

PGS may make promotional Sweeps Coin Games available through one or more approved Participating Game Platforms. Each game may have its own rules, instructions, mechanics, eligibility requirements, and prize or pay/win information, which may vary by title, platform configuration, and jurisdiction.

The applicable Game Rules will be made available within the relevant Participating Game Platform or game interface before play. Participants may access those rules after entering the applicable platform or game and before participating in Promotional Play. The applicable Game Rules govern game-specific play, subject to these Sweeps Rules and the PGS Terms & Conditions. PGS may provide access to Game Rules through the applicable platform or game interface rather than reproducing every individual game's rules on the PGS public website.

The amount of Sweeps Coins required for a play and the potential Sweeps Coin prizes will be displayed in the applicable game interface, pay table, win table, or similar function.

Game Characteristics and Skill Disclosure. Game-specific mechanics, including whether and to what extent an outcome involves participant input, skill, or other game mechanics, are determined by the applicable game and platform configuration and are addressed in the applicable Game Rules or other game-specific disclosures.

Games will be subject to independent third-party testing or verification for fairness as appropriate to the game and platform.

PGS does not offer Sweeps Coin Games that constitute sports betting or that require participants to make predictions or selections on actual sporting events or athletic performance.

9. Promotional Play and Determination of Winners

Participants may use either Unplayed Sweeps Coins or Redeemable Sweeps Coins to participate in eligible Sweeps Coin Games, subject to the applicable game interface and Game Rules. Sweeps Coins used for a play will be deducted from the participant’s applicable balance.

Winners and Sweeps Coin prizes are determined by the objective criteria described in the applicable Game Rules, pay table, win table, scoring rules, and other game documentation. A Digital Art purchase does not increase the odds of winning. Sweeps Coins obtained through the AMOE have the same opportunity of winning as Sweeps Coins obtained through other approved promotional methods when used in the same game configuration.

PGS’s determinations concerning administration of the sweepstakes, validation of game results, eligibility, and prize verification are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law and the PGS Terms & Conditions.

10. Verification of Potential Winners

All apparent wins and redemption requests are subject to verification. A screen display, game message, wallet balance, Winning Box entry, or other apparent result is not a final Prize award until PGS has verified the participant’s eligibility, Account, identity, age, location, game result, compliance with these Sweeps Rules and the applicable Game Rules, and any required fraud, sanctions, tax, payment, or other compliance conditions.

• PGS may request government-issued identification, proof of address, selfie/liveness verification, tax information, payout-account ownership information, device/location information, or other documentation reasonably necessary to verify a redemption.
• PGS may delay, hold, deny, reverse, or cancel a redemption where PGS identifies or reasonably suspects ineligibility, fraud, sanctions issues, duplicate accounts, restricted-jurisdiction activity, technical manipulation, chargebacks, Terms violations, or other material risk concerns.

11. Prize Redemption

Only Redeemable Sweeps Coins won through Promotional Play are eligible for prize redemption. Unplayed Sweeps Coins are not redeemable.

For purposes of redemption under the current program, one hundred (100) Redeemable Sweeps Coins are equivalent to one U.S. dollar (US $1.00) in prize value.

Redemption is available only to verified Accounts. After required verification is successfully completed, an Eligible Participant may request redemption through the payout method made available by PGS. The current redemption method is bank transfer through a Company-approved payout provider, subject to availability, applicable law, and banking or payment-partner requirements. PGS may use one or more Company-approved payment or payout providers and is not limited to Pandora Pay or any particular provider.

PGS may establish and disclose a minimum redemption request, reasonable processing periods, documentation requirements, risk-review periods, and other redemption conditions consistent with applicable law and PGS policy.

Participants are responsible for applicable taxes and for providing any tax information or documentation required by PGS or applicable law.

12. Florida Prize Limitation

For participants subject to Florida-specific restrictions, the maximum prize redemption value resulting from any single spin or play will not exceed five thousand U.S. dollars (US $5,000). Any amount above that maximum on a single play will not be allocated or paid to the extent required by PGS’s applicable Florida configuration and rules.

13. Prohibited Conduct and Disqualification

• Providing false, altered, incomplete, stolen, synthetic, or misleading identity or Account information.
• Creating or controlling duplicate, nominee, automated, or third-party Accounts without authorization.
• Using bots, scripts, automation, device farms, collusion, coordinated play, credential stuffing, exploit techniques, or technical manipulation.
• Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, emulators, location-spoofing tools, or other means to evade jurisdictional, identity, age, or risk controls.
• Manipulating AMOE requests, Postal Request Codes, promotional offers, Account balances, game functionality, or the redemption process.
• Selling, gifting, transferring, trading, or attempting to create an external market for Sweeps Coins.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, illegal gambling, illegal commerce, or other unlawful activity.

PGS may suspend or close an Account, restrict Promotional Play, cancel invalid promotional credits, hold or deny redemption, preserve records, and take other action permitted by law and the PGS Terms & Conditions.

14. Responsible Social Gameplay

Promotional Play is intended for entertainment. PGS supports responsible social gameplay and may provide or administer activity reminders, purchase or participation limits, time limits, temporary breaks, self-exclusion, marketing suppression, Account closure, and other responsible-use controls as described in the PGS Responsible Social Gameplay Policy.

Participants should not view Promotional Play as a source of income, a way to recover losses, or a solution to financial difficulty.

15. Technical Errors, Interruptions, and Program Integrity

PGS may correct Account balances, game records, or apparent results affected by a confirmed technical error, duplication, corruption, system malfunction, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized interference. PGS may suspend a game, platform, promotion, or feature when reasonably necessary to protect program integrity, investigate an incident, comply with law, or respond to vendor or payment-partner requirements.

PGS is not responsible for network failures, participant device failures, third-party outages, transmission errors, or other events outside PGS’s reasonable control, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

16. Changes to the Sweepstakes Program or Rules

PGS may add, remove, suspend, or modify games, Participating Game Platforms, promotional methods, jurisdictions, features, payout methods, or other program elements when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, platform integrity, vendor availability, business operations, or other legitimate purposes. PGS will provide notice of material changes to these Sweeps Rules in a reasonable manner and will obtain renewed acceptance where required.

17. Privacy and Data Use

Information collected or processed in connection with the sweepstakes program, including Account, identity, age, location, device, fraud, sanctions, gameplay, redemption, tax, and support information, is handled in accordance with the PGS Privacy Policy, applicable internal data-protection requirements, and applicable law.

18. Disputes and Governing Terms

Disputes relating to these Sweeps Rules, Promotional Play, Account restrictions, prize eligibility, game results, or redemption are subject to the informal-resolution, arbitration, class-waiver, governing-law, and other dispute provisions contained in the then-current PGS Terms & Conditions, to the extent enforceable and applicable.

20. General Terms

If any provision of these Sweeps Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. PGS’s failure to enforce a provision in a particular instance does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
