PGS Amusements, LLC is committed to protecting our players and promoting responsible social gameplay as part of our player care and social responsibility initiative. We believe it is our shared responsibility with our players to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience while maintaining awareness of potential risks associated with excessive online gameplay. To promote a healthy gaming environment, we provide responsible social gameplay tools outlined in this policy.

To support fun and affordable gameplay, we fully endorse responsible social gameplay and have implemented measures to assist players in managing their gaming behavior. We reserve the right to activate these measures unilaterally if deemed necessary at our sole discretion.

1. INTRODUCTION

This Responsible Social Gameplay Policy ("RSG Policy") describes the control tools, information, and resources available to registered players on PGS Amusements, LLC platforms. This RSG Policy forms part of the PGS Amusements, LLC Terms and Conditions. Defined terms in the Terms and Conditions carry the same meaning in this RSG Policy.

We may update this RSG Policy at any time, with amendments published on our platform and becoming effective immediately. Any changes that limit your rights or may be detrimental will require re-confirmation upon your next visit to the platform before engaging in gameplay. If you disagree with the amended RSG Policy, you must discontinue platform use.

2. PGS AMUSEMENTS RSG PROGRAM

The PGS Amusements Responsible Social Gameplay Program ("RSG Program") is built upon the following principles:

  • Providing players with tools, information, and resources for informed decision-making.

  • Preventing problem gameplay from occurring on our platform.

The RSG Program supports players throughout their gaming journey by offering education, control tools, and resources for professional assistance when needed.

PGS Amusements recognizes that maintaining a fun and responsible gaming environment is a shared responsibility. While we do not provide counseling services or police player behavior, we focus on empowering players with information and tools for responsible gaming.

3. RSG PLAY CONTROL TOOLS

3.1 Activity Reminders

Available through the "Responsible Social Gameplay" menu > Activity Reminder:

  • An activity reminder will be displayed every hour to help players track their gaming sessions.

  • The reminder suspends play and shows the duration of the current session, allowing the player to end or continue playing.

  • Players can adjust the reminder frequency to every 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

3.2 Account History

Available through the "My Account" menu > Account History:

  • Purchase History: Displays purchases made in the last six (6) months.

  • Redemption History: Displays redemption transactions from the last six (6) months.

3.3 Purchase Limit

Available through the "Responsible Social Gameplay" menu > Gameplay Limits:

  • Players can set limits on the amount of in-game currency purchased within a selected timeframe (1 day, 7 days, or 30 days).

  • Once the limit is reached, no further purchases can be made until the limit resets.

  • Reducing purchase limits takes immediate effect; increasing or removing limits requires a 72-hour cooling-off period.

3.4 Play Amount Limit

Available through the "Contact Us" form > "Responsible Social Gameplay Tools":

  • Players can limit the maximum in-game currency spent per day, week, or month.

  • Once the limit is reached, further gameplay is restricted until the limit resets.

  • Reducing the play limit takes immediate effect; increasing or removing limits requires a 72-hour cooling-off period.

3.5 Daily Time Limit

Available through the "Contact Us" form > "Responsible Social Gameplay Tools":

  • Players can set a maximum login duration per day (up to 10 hours).

  • Once the limit is reached, the player is logged out until the next day.

  • Reducing the time limit takes immediate effect; increasing or removing the limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period.

4. RSG ACCESS CONTROL TOOLS

4.1 Taking a Break (TaB)

Available through the "Responsible Social Gameplay" menu > Access Restrictions:

  • Players can take a temporary break from gameplay (1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days).

  • Accounts cannot be reactivated until the break period expires.

4.2 Self-Exclusion

Available through the "Responsible Social Gameplay" menu > Access Restrictions:

  • Players may exclude themselves from gameplay for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinitely.

  • Self-excluded players are unsubscribed from marketing communications.

  • Reactivation after an indefinite self-exclusion requires a minimum of 6 months and a 7-day cooling period.

  • Redeemable in-game currency should be withdrawn before initiating self-exclusion.

4.3 Permanent Account Closure

To permanently close an account, players must submit a written request via customer support. A "confirmation of understanding" is required, and once closed, the account cannot be reactivated.

5. SELF-ASSESSMENT & SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS

If players suspect they or someone they know may be experiencing problematic gaming behavior, we encourage self-assessment and seeking support from external organizations:

  • Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA) – A support group for individuals struggling with gaming addiction.

  • Financial Counseling Association of America (FCAA) – Offers financial counseling and debt management services.

  • National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) – Assists individuals in overcoming financial struggles related to gaming.

These organizations are independent support services and are not affiliated with PGS Amusements, LLC.

6. EDUCATION ON RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY

6.1 Principles of Gameplay

  • Randomness: Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted.

  • Return to Player (RTP): The average return on winnings over the lifetime of a game.

  • House Advantage: All games are designed with a statistical advantage favoring the operator.

6.2 Common Misconceptions

  • "I’m due for a win" – All outcomes are random; past gameplay does not influence future results.

  • "I always win with my lucky charm" – Superstitions have no impact on game outcomes.

  • "The longer I play, the more I’ll win" – Length of play does not affect winning chances.

6.3 Tips for Safe Gameplay

  • Play responsibly and avoid gaming while emotional or intoxicated.

  • Set budgets and stick to them.

  • Take breaks and set time limits.

  • Never view gaming as a source of income.

7. PLAYER PROTECTION POLICY

7.1 Protection of Vulnerable Players

  • Players should make an informed decision before engaging in gameplay.

  • Gaming is not recommended for individuals in financial distress or undergoing personal hardships.

7.2 Protection of Minors

  • Identity verification checks are in place to prevent underage gameplay.

  • Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software such as Netnanny.com or Cybersitter.com to restrict access.

This policy reflects PGS Amusements, LLC’s commitment to responsible social gameplay and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. For any questions or support, please contact our customer service team.
